Our organization is geared to involve the whole family in building and growing our communities.
Our membership structure is geared to involve women, men, young adults and children. We invite minority business owners to also network with us to grow their business using training in leadership, entrepreneur planning, and obtain technology certification.

National Pledge: As a member of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Incorporated, I pledge to become involved, to be constant, cooperative, enthusiastic and concerned about the problems and social ills affecting the young people of my community. I will help to promote the interest of business and professional women and invest myself in the willing service of others.
The Collect: Keep us, oh God from pettiness. Let us be large in thought, in words, and indeed. Let us be done with fault finding and leave off self-seeking. May we put away all pretense and meet each other face to face without self-pity and without prejudice. May we never be hasty in judgement and always generous. Let us take time for all things. Make us grow calm, serene and gentle. Teach us to put into action our better impulses, straight-forward, and unafraid. Grant that we may realize it is the little things that create differences. That in the
big things in life we are as one. And May we strive to touch and to know the great, common human heart of us all and Lord God, let us not forget to be kind.
Our Core Programs are focused on Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Service (L.E.T.'S). The Service component is comprised of subcategories including Health, Education, Employment, and Economic Development (HEED) along with Human and Sex Trafficking Awareness and Prevention, Safe Encounters, Get Ready! Stay Ready! (A focus on Emergency Preparedness), Triple the Pink for Triple Negative Breast Cancer, Domestic Violence and Maternal Mortality and Morbidity. We promote our mandated programs such as
Founders’ Day, Vocal Arts, Women’s History, Think Heart Think Health and Scholarships.
